Course Prerequisite/s: Principles
of Tourism, Domestic Tourism and International Tourism, Travel and Tours,
Eco-Tourism, Transportation Management, and Tourism Planning
Course Objectives:
At the end of the semester, the students are expected to:
1. learn the general overview of tourism industry;
2. acquire knowledge on the different components of the tourism industry and
acknowledge the importance of tour guiding as a major component;
3. do research on tourist destinations;
4. learn skills such as research, reading, communication to deliver commentary.
